Overview of the Issue

Whenever we perform 'atlantis unlock' the lock gets removed. However, we also get the false message of 'Failed to delete PR locks'. Has anybody encountered a similar issue or knows how to get rid of it? Since we just recently updated from verison v0.24.2 to v0.27.1, our suspect is that this issue is located in the new versions.

Reproduction Steps

For us its happening every time we perform 'atlantis unlock'.

@ChrisFraun are you still seeing the Failed to delete PR locks errors when running atlantis unlock?

Because I'm using v0.27.2 and I'm still seeing it.

I have the same situation, I updated to v0.27.2 and now i have less messages, but still have them from time to time. Also it is pull requests that were created after update.

For me, on a newly created PR it seems to work with this version. Have not checked on an old PR.

However, on another PR I saw the erraneous message again as well. So the issue persists.
