Justification

Project initiative to "make it clear what partners requested versus what they actually received", confirmed at partnerbase Working Group meeting 20220810

Details

The partners and essentials bank both have access to print a receipt-like document detailing the contents of a distribution, as in this example:

Modify this report by making the following changes if the distribution is based on a request.

a/ Change the heading "Quantity" to "Received". b/ Change the heading "In-Kind Value" to "In-Kind Value Received" c/ Add a column "Requested". This shows the number of each item that was requested. Note that some items that were requested may not be included in the distribution (e.g. a partner may have requested a stroller, but the bank doesn't have any to give out). These requested items should be included.
d/ Change the order of columns to: Items Received | Requested | Received | Value/Item | In-Kind Value Received | Packages
