Be able to set options for Explorer panes on opening

Justification Users may like to have the groupings of an explorer to be a specific one that is not the one that an explorer first opens with.

Description

1. The user can set a preference for a grouping for each explorer (e.g. By Location in Test Explorer or By Inspection in Code Inspctions).
2. In any given session the explorer reopens with the previous setting even if different from the preference or the preference can be set to always open the explorer with the preference regardless of its last configuration in that session.
