Fixes #555 : IM0 record not always returned from DCE lookup request due to randomized sequence numbers

This is my first go at a fix for #555, please confirm that the issue does indeed exist and that my fix is the preferred way you want it done. I wasn't super confident on the EPM session timeout addition, so that could use some careful inspection.
