Need some help with eventlog fields view

Hello everyone.

I am trying to find a format that a log file (not the database table) needs to have, in order to allow proper mapping of the information with the eventlog fields view.

To better explain what I'm trying to figure out is to achieve the same result as if you would chose "Old | Windows SampleData (Disk Logstream)" in "Select Source" and "EventLog Fields" in "Select View" rows on http://loganalyzer-demo.adiscon.com.

A single line from an underlying log file or a file sample would be greatly appreciated!
