Replicable Example for the Demo Page

Dear Developer, I'm writing because I saw this beautiful site that is in the exact format that I need for a project. LINK

I found out about this on your website: disyill I have been trying to replicate this format but have no success. I was wondering if you could point me to the location of this example? What does the index.Rmd looks like? What does the _site.yml file looks like?

After days of trying to replicate this, below is what I get. It does allow me to click back and forth into a page and back to home page, but that does not even remotely resembles the example:
