Timeout trying to Creat PDF Page

Hello everyone. I'm having some problems trying to create 13k+ pdf files from the same table. I mean, everytime its finish, the final file just doesnt save. Looks like it corrupts while the creation process. I have no problem with 7k rows tables, but 13k i'm facing this problem. Is there any 'timeout' or processing time that can i change to made possible the processing with no problems? The only solution i see is create to tables from the actually with 13k rows (6.5k in one + 6.5k) on the another
