Update user management section: Move pending invites to seperate section

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently in the user management section of Rowy, pending invites have unassigned roles and get into the mix of users who have already signed up and have roles assigned. This leads to confusion as why there is missing roles.

Describe the solution you'd like Have a separate section for users who are only invited or have their roles undefined. this section should be before the list of actual signed-up users of Rowy.
