docs/include files missing from documentation for v.0.8.8

Hi, all the docs generated during the build process and stored in docs/include are missing from the documentation for the latest (0.8.8) version of cutplace.

i.e. in the tutorial page, the Excel/Calc representation of the source csv is missing:

Hm, probably need to tell readthedocs how to build them. Thanks for pointing this out.
