C++ API -> "Pick and Place" tutorial is not ROS2-ified

I am closing this since, pick and place will be replaced by MTC
The "pick and place" under "Tutorials" section indeed uses MTC. But there's another one under "Examples -> C++ API", which doesn't seem to be ROS2-ified.
We need to remove that tutorial is the functionality is deprecated
