Port tutorial to ROS2.

This looks like a useful mtc demo based on an old repo. If given the time, we should revive the PR and make this tutorial work again: https://moveit.picknik.ai/main/doc/examples/moveit_deep_grasps/moveit_deep_grasps_tutorial.html
