Control loop stops after sometime cauring tf failure between moving joints and end effector

we have interfaced bldc motor control in read and write function.The control loops starting normally but after sometime the loop is not running which causes joint state controller failure .When this Problem happens tf between the frames failing??

Any help is appreciated?
