[diff_drive_controller] wheels positions are not normalized in odometry

I have noticed that in the update method of Odometry was not supporting normalized wheels angles [-PI, PI]. Would it make sense to normalize the angles here? (Of course that would mean to normalize the angles before applying the radius) Normalizing the angles wouldn't change the actual behavior but just add the support for the normalized wheel angles
