I was a reviewer on Hadley's new book. I hadn't looked closely at changes in devtools of late, but man, he's made package development super super easy and taken away many pain points. I'll do a blog post on it since I (in my review) suggested doing a chart/table for a workflow.

Apparently quite a bit of devtools, roxygen, etc has also been added directly into the RStudio interface (start a new 'project' with type 'package'), might be worth highlighting that too.
