Update documentation

In light of the recent email exchanges, it makes sense to clearly document the data and how it was processed (or rather not processed) when compared to SeaAroundUs.

Agreed. Documentation of the database is scheduled to be part of the future openfisheries.org website update. I'd see this as more of an issue on the openfisheries project than one of the rfisheries package. Thoughts?

You're absolutely right. But making a note here that we should include (or link to) it as soon as those docs on openfisheries.org update. Otherwise we find ourselves in the difficult position of being conduits for data without being able to say more about its provenance (that email exchange we discussed). The more explicit we can be, the better.
