Not all of the versions are published on NPM

I was switching from bower to webpack and when trying to get version 1.9.4 of rollbar but npm is not able to resolve this version.

I know that I should upgrade the plugin but that's not part of the scope of the project right now and even if I do it, it could not be accepted.

We'll put this into our backlog of enhancements for rollbar.js. I can't provide an estimate of when it'll get done, so upgrading to a more recent version of rollbar.js if you can is advisable.

The request here is to backfill old npm versions that were either missed or removed. (Not sure which.) Is this something we want to do?

@waltjones I think it'd be worthwhile - it'll help users like @MikeVelazcoMtz who are switching the way they include rollbar.js but want to do that independently from upgrading the library version.
