[CHANGE] Exclude pinned tabs when snoozzing window

Currently, snoozzing the entire window also closes the pinned tabs. Usually if I pin a tab, it's because I don't want it to go anywhere for a while - the exact opposite of what Snoozz is for. I can work around the current functionality by choosing all the unpinned tabs and snoozzing them, but I nearly always have a pinned tab (often a window manager), so (for me, at least) snoozzing the whole window isn't a useful feature as it stands right now.

My wish would be for snoozz to ignore pinned tabs, but maybe it's possible for individual users to choose their preference in settings?

Will add a setting to allow you to ignore pinned tabs. Will be on by default
