[FEATURE] Select a snooze option by arrow keys + enter on the popup

Description

It would be great if we could select a snooze option with arrow keys + enter on the popup.

Context

I've set a shortcut key to open the popup, but it's cumbersome to select a snooze option with mouse. We can assign a shortcut on each snooze option, but it's hard to remember all the shortcuts. Thus, I'd prefer to keep it simple. Just open the popup with a shortcut, and select a snooze option with keyboard.

I discovered that you can activate the different options using number keys, 1 to 0 and c for "Choose your own time." Interestingly, it does not work with the number pad keys — only the top row numbers.

@jayhill There are too many options and it's hard to remember which one is which. Thus, it would be great if we could select with arrow keys + enter.

This is a good idea. I won't be able to release the arrow key movements with this upcoming release but I'll include it in the next round.

@jayhill I don't own a keyboard with a numpad, so I never bothered to test that out. I'll make sure to map the existing keycodes with the corresponding numpad keycodes so they both work

Just noting also that this would break the existing functionality of being able to select Morning, Evening or Current Time using arrow keys on an already-highlighted day.

Today, I can press 8 to select "Next Monday" and then use up and down arrows to target different times of day before pressing Enter to execute.
