Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is relatively easy to discover the profiles that is available for Spring Boot applications, but it would be awesome if this list would be included on the documentations as well.

Describe the solution you'd like Create a new flag for the plugins that will enable the profile discovery feature and if it is enabled it should search for the application-*.yml|yaml|properties files and it should list them below the description section.

Make sure if it is the aggregation goal it should be toggle-able per input file.
