Post process JavaDoc tags and replace them in the final document

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. JavaDocs could be having HTML tags, that if gets generated to Markdown and AsciiDoc they will not be translated immediately to the markup language equivalent like the bold, italic tags or any other.

Describe the solution you'd like Make sure when the final document is being created these JavaDoc tags are being replaced to the markup language equivalent tags.
