Add ``johannww/tts.nvim``

I have just created a text-to-speech plugin using the edge-tts python library. I did because I haven't seen any equivalent solution. Local tts solutions, like festival and espeak, generally lack good voice quality. This plugin is particularly interesting for people who write texts in neovim.

I don't seem to find a section for this plugin, considering the existing ones.
