Offset numbers on Kropki and Building puzzles

Instead of giving an empty grid with the hints on edges, it should also be able to add offset numbers on the grid like Sudoku puzzles.

This is now supported for Easy as ABC, Skyscrapers and Doppelblock.

Kropki and Minarism will be added at a later time.
