yarpmotorgui wrong error when opening with no yarpserver

Describe the bug if the yarp server is not found the yarpmotorgui launches a qt exception "QWidget: must construct a QApplication before a QWidget" instead of giving a meaningful error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: open the yarpmotorgui with no yarpserver running

Expected behavior to have an error saying that no yarp server found

Configuration (please complete the following information):

  • OS: windows
  • yarp version: 3.1.0
  • compiler: vs2017
