[BUG] go to definition stops working when destination modified

When I start to code and jumpt to a reference or the definition of a keywoard , if i modify the name of the function or the signature, the code navigation stops working for the reference file, and it won't get back even if I Change it back to the original. the only solution is to restart the IDE

working with the latest vs code (1.73.0) robot code: 0.14.2

robotframework==5.0.1 robotframework-crypto==0.3.0 robotframework-jsonlibrary==0.3.1 robotframework-lint==1.1 robotframework-pythonlibcore==3.0.0 robotframework-requests==0.9.2 robotframework-selenium2library==3.0.0 robotframework-seleniumlibrary==5.1.3 selenium==3.141.0

does this happen everytime or only sometimes?

at the moment we have a bug/deadlock in robotcode, that is hard to reproduce. I try to find some hints to fix it.
