Update testing infrastructure with oauth server and add missing test case

To be able fully test oauth2 functionality via RF-ConfluentKafkaLibrary, update of docker-compose deployment is needed. One possible solution is to use ory/hydra solution e.g. Quick Setup of Kafka with OAuth2.
