Since Sema4 seemingly doesn't want to be very helpful with RCC - there even hasn't be any mention about closing RCC - you might be best off with this fork:

No information about the maintainer but at least there are current commits.

if using the github actions to build the binaries, ensure you change the cdn trigger to either trigger your own release vs the robocorp/rcc-pipeline.
