"Keep child windows always on top" hides windows in GNOME workspace view.

Qjackctl 0.9.1 Qt 5.15.2 OpenSUSE Tumbleweed x86_64 X11

As title says and also the Qjackctl icon is not indicating that the program is running. Both are "solved" by inactivating "keep child windows always on top".

check whether gnome hides tool windows when main application window is not active. kde has one such option, dunno about gnome.

Well, when it is activated Qjackctl does not appear on top of others programs but behind. I have to minimize windows to get to it.
