filenames get skipped in some PSARC [Ao no Kiseki Evolution (PSVita)]

i just so happened to stumble upon a PSARC whose filenames may get skipped by UnPSARC.

i can't really explain this well but the short of it is that UnPSARC does report that there is a filename table in the psarc (plural, as in "one of many psarc files") but instead reports that there is a "hash" that isn't in such table, like so:
