Rerelease to fix config-file

I could love BigBand if there wasnt a nasty error in the version of sinatra-config-file thats released with it. Please re-release with an updated dependency.

I will re-release all the sinatra-* gems, but I don't have time at the moment. Also, BigBand has largely become obsolete due to sinatra-contrib.
