Change of the color for empty lines when it is below a title.

On many websites I noticed that when the text is scrolled at some point the color of the empty line change to the color of the title line, when that empty line is just below the title.

Here is the example of the line not directly below the title:

And when I scroll one line down, then that line color changes to dark blue (the same as the title line background color):

Is there a way to fix this?

Not yet. I'm too lazy to make it work with current code. netsurf has background colors, so an idea to copy code from netsurf, but it is not so easy.
