The underlying issue is not very obvious unfortunately. It may take some time to figure out what is failing, but I'll keep at it.

I've been unable to figure this out, but I ended up re-writing some of the code to make some things better, and will deploy some changes soon. I'm still in the process of working out some other bugs as well, but almost done.
