Suggest adding support for ed2k hyperlink recognition

Hopefully it will be possible to add support for ED2K hyperlink recognition, starting with “ed2k://” and ending with “|/”, possibly with spaces in between.

In addition, I would like to make a suggestion, this hyperlink recognition rules, can be added to Notepad3.ini for users to customize.
