A thin black line appears on the left side of the menu box when a specific menu item is opened

I am not sure whether it is intended or not, a thin black line appears when I try to select display language on the menu. Just open Settings > Language and a line shows as below. I checked old Notepad3 releases and it begins to happen with RC1_5.20.615.1.
