Force open Show window animation when maximized or minimized option tested on win10,win11 After canceling the option, when the software is opened, the option is forcibly opened.

Yes, tested on Windows 10 x64 and confirmed. Animate windows when maximizing/minimizing is enforced on every Notepad3 open.

DrawAnimatedWindow=true ; true or undefined = use system settings, false = do not draw animated regardless of system settings
