scrolling with keyboard loses selection when scrolled outside the window

The keyboard shortcuts ctrl-up and ctrl-down are useful: they allow the window to be scrolled without using a mouse. Unfortunately when user-selected text scrolls past the top or bottom of the window using these keyboard shortcuts Notepad3 loses the selection: it changes the selection to be empty and sets it on the line at the top or bottom of the window. The selection should not change, just as it doesn't when using the mouse to scroll the window.

The effect of this issue is very noticeable when Mark Occurrences is set and suddenly such markings disappear as the selection scrolls out of view. In any case the selection shouldn't be lost, for all the reasons a selection is important.

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC PortableApps", version "Notepad3Portable_6.24.111.1_rc2.paf" or newer, see in issue #1129.

• Notepad3Portable_6.24.111.1_rc2.paf.exe.7z -s

"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.

Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC Setup", version "Notepad3_6.24.111.1_rc2_Setup" or newer, see the 2nd list in issue #1129.
