Left/Right scroll direction is backwards

I use a Dell laptop with a touchpad. In Windows touchpad settings, I have set the scrolling direction to Down motion scrolls up. In every other UI I have used, this not only reverses the up/down scroll direction but the left/right scroll direction as well. In Notepad3, only the up/down direction is reversed. This makes it very awkward to scroll left/right in Notepad3 as I have to fight my muscle memory.

I did some more testing. By switching my touchpad scrolling direction to Down motion scrolls down, I was able to see that the horizontal scroll direction is reversed regardless of the setting when using the scroll wheel (or touchpad gesture) left/right. The behavior is correct for Shift + Scroll Up/Down.

Hello @DustinLuck ,

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC PortableApps", version "Notepad3Portable_6.24.111.1_rc2.paf" or newer, see in issue #1129.

"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.

Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC Setup", version "Notepad3_6.24.111.1_rc2_Setup" or newer, see the 2nd list in issue #1129.

Comments and suggestions are welcome... 😃
