[BUG] Automatic line feed disabled when changing codes

As shown in the picture, the default encoding is UTF8, when I clicked File->Encoding->Set Document to->ANSI, the automatic line feed is disabled although it is on.

In fact, as long as the replacement of any encoding, will make the automatic line feed disabled.

By the way, the single file instance feature is also disabled, although it was fixed once before, but it still doesn't work.
