Web Template, Action, and selected text

Menu->File->Launch->Web Template 1 and select text->right click->Web Action 1 have different wording.

Select a phrase, for example, rizonesoft notepad3 and do Web Template/Action with Firefox, Firefox can't handle the space in the phrase correctly. If the phrase is double-quoted "rizonesoft notepad3", it works fine. Is there a hidden setting for this?
