Save indicator in window title not showing

Description

Sometimes the save indicator (asterisk) in window title does not appear when it should. This may occur due to various scenarios, but here is one such case.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open existing file with Notepad3
2. Hide toolbar (View > Panels > Untick show toolbar)
3. Select any text in the document
4. Start typing

Expected result

When typing starts selected text is overridden and the save indicator appears.

Actual result

When typing starts selected text is overridden but the save indicator does not appear.
