How to add notepad3 to the right-click shortcut menu

Notepad3 is very easy to use, but I haven't found a way to add it to the right-click shortcut menu to quickly open a folder or file in Notepad3, like VScode, Phpstorm.

Does the current Notepad3 not support opening folders? I'm looking forward to it.

The Open with Notepad3 in "Context menu" is only available with the Setup (Install) versions: Notepad3 Setup and BETA/RC Setup.
