[Feature request] For Clear Whitespace and Consistent EOF when Save

Hi, when i close and save a file i wanna confirm about those tasks

I am talking about:

Why ? because on some files i wont delete the whitespaces on the end.

Will be better if i can set what extension don't (for example don't do those task for all .bat)
