Intellegent Backup with optional versioning

Hello together.

You made a great editor, but as everything it can be made even more better. What i miss is the possibility to make a Backup of the changed File to store the original. Best would be (as option?) to have an versioning bakup. That means: make Filenames like Filename.ext.bak, next version is Filename.ext.bak_1 and so on. Like the editor Syn with plugin Backup File

Maybe such thing can be done ?
