[FEATURE REQUEST] Drag to Reorder Buttons Delay

While in the "Play" mode, there is no delay in touching and dragging a button to reorder. I am finding that, while using a touchscreen, the program assumes I want to reorder the button rather than run the action of the button.

Solutions: Make reordering a press and hold function that has x millisecond delay. This could be much like Windows deals with Right Clicking on a touchscreen. Ideally the delay could be configurable, but that could be at a later version.

Make an option to disable the editing of buttons in the "Play"" Mode. Currently you can still edit buttons even in "Play" Mode.
