Certain "hidden" objects still appear in the catalogue

There are a number of objects that appear in the Buy Mode catalog even though they should not. I have Complete Collection (Europe) installed and a number of debug/hidden objects are still appearing as buyable: Buy Mode

Need further investigation into why these objects have catalog categories, and what indications their OBJD might give to be excluded from catalog regardless.

Should be fixed. I'll leave this up for a few days so anyone can object if they find an issue.
