Preferences/Exploring/SnapPositionToRoad should be checkbox
Right now the setting is implemented as radio button but shouldn't it be a checkbox? For example I want snap to road activated for car and bicycle but not for foot mode.
In Exploring (when you just look at the map), this setting defines your mode as well. Its the only way to determine what is the mode.
So, maybe a question is whether there should be snap to road boxes for different modes in Preferences/Navigation?
Would make more sense in navigation mode IMHO. What's the difference between the three modes if you're just exploring the map?
Difference is which roads its trying to match - for cars, bikes or accessible for walking
Okay, then it should stay as it is in Preferences/Exploring. About Preferences/Navigation: I think it would be good to get some more opinions, also from people who use PureMaps more intensely than me and particularly who more often switch these modes in practice.
Hard to say. So far, nobody complained regarding it. Internally its a single config option, not separate for each transportation mode. Should we wait until someone who is using it a lot at different modes will complain?
Okay, sounds good.
