Why after aknowlodge alarms, the value (String), change from True to False. It is pertinent to mention that the signals are being integrated by MMS protocol according to IEC61850

This is expected when you configure digital tags with "Is Event=true". This is for protection signals that have instantaneous ON operation returning immediately to the OFF state, it is equivalent to the flags of old protection relays. For normal statuses points always use "Is Event=false". Control tags are normally not scanned so the quality flag is expected to be invalid. Always associate a control tag to a supervised tag (like a breaker status and breaker command) using the "Command point of supervised" and "Supervised point of command" properties. In displays, link the supervised point to SVG objects. When clicked the SVG object it will be shown the "Command" button that gives access to the respective command dialog.
