Feature to Enable/disable Allow specific certificates in Tls config is not available for some protocol drivers in New admin UI .

Hi @riclolsen , New admin UI is great. In old admin UI there was a feature to Enable/Disable Allow specific certs in Tls config of Iec -104 and Iec61850 protocol driver connections. In the new UI only chain validation is available.
