The top line of text is obscured

Expected Behavior

The first line should be fully visible.

Actual Behavior

The first line extends beyond the top of the screen.

Launch nyaovim, type some text.

• NyaoVim version: 0.0.19
• nvim version: 0.1.3
• Keyboard layout: US
• Linux: Window manager: xmonad

Additional Comments (if any)

This happens whether or not I enable window decorations or show the menu. Possibly related to #39?

It looks a problem related to specific window manager. The window looks to ignore the top toolbar. #39 is another problem related to rendered font.
