Hopefully nxadm/tail is still active, last commit was 8 months ago.
Do we really need this or would this be more of keep backwards capabilities. I would figure podman desktop would want fixes that happen to BIB without putting the issue...
That is fine, as long as this is understood that there are no back ports and that older images will get `stinky` IE Could fail image scans because of CVEs...
If Vulkan just works with ROCM...
Have you tried the recent 0.7.2 version. We are now defaulting to the rocm-fedora images.

Looks like you did not update man pages correctly.
Would it make more sense to layer this on the original image? from quay.io/ramalama/ramalama:latest ...
