/hold OCP 4.17 is shipped with k8s.io/apimachinery from 0.30 and not 0.31. Bumping to 0.30 requires golang 1.22 but http://registry.access.redhat.com/ubi9/go-toolset:1.22 isn't available yet. https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C039LFF79K6/p1716462020292779
